    Spotless Laundry services are provided subject to the customer in compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below. As a condition the undersigned ("Customer") agrees to the following terms and conditions:

    Spotless Laundry will provide scheduled pick ups during the Term of this Agreement. Spotless Laundry does not offer services on academic weeks in which there are less than four days of school unless otherwise agreed upon. Examples include Thanksgiving, Winter Break, and Spring Break.

    Customer must place all garments in the supplied laundry bag upon pick-up. Bag must be zipped. Un zipped bags will not be accepted. It is the Customer's responsibility to either deliver the filled College Laundry bag to a Spotless Laundry agent upon pick-up or have ready at agreed upon day, time, and location Spotless Laundry reserves the right to determine the pick-up and drop-off times at its own discretion and reserves the right to reschedule such times upon prior notice to Customer.

    Spotless Laundry will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that its cleaning service maintains a high quality service. However,

    • Although best efforts will be made Spotless Laundry does not guarantee removal of all stains.
    • Spotless Laundry is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else. Customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in the delivery bags.
    • Company is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing. Please make a note and attach it to the garment.
    • Company is not responsible for lost articles..
    • Company is not responsible for garments not placed in the zippered Spotless Laundry bag upon pick-up.
    • Customer must notify Spotless Laundry within 5 business days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery
    • Spotless Laundry reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment. .

    In the event that the customer gives Spotless Laundry more than the allotted amount of dry cleaning, the credit card that is on file will be charged for the extra garments. The customer will not be able to accumulate dry cleaning credit if it is not used. The garment count for dry cleaning will reset weekly. 

    In the event that there are any unpaid Service Fees due and Customer does not pay upon demand by Spotless Laundry, Spotless Laundry may terminate this Agreement and may initiate legal proceedings against Customer for the full amount due for the entire Term and collect reasonable attorney's fees and costs. Interest will accrue on any unpaid balance at 1.5% per month.
    Spotless Laundry’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred. The preceding statement of liability shall be the extent of Spotless Laundry’s liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customer's exclusive remedy. In no event will Spotless Laundry be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not Spotless Laundry knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. Spotless Laundry disclaims all warranties express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement.

    This agreement and any documents referred to herein constitute the complete, exclusive, and entire agreement between the parties, may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties; and shall be governed by Connecticutlaw, with venue and jurisdiction proper in the place where services were provided.
    No refunds will be given after September 15th and agreement is non-transferable from one student to another.

    Refund Policy
    If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with our service, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of payment and get a full refund, in accordance with EU regulations . To cancel an order, please send us an email at info@spotlesslaundry.com quoting the Invoice No. you received from us, the reason for cancellation and the name of the person who made the transaction.
